Politics: Uzodinma, Rochas square up in a battle of supremacy of power for 2023 and not sealed properties in Imo state

 





It is not the first time, senator Owelle Rochas Okorocha and the present Governor of Imo state Hope Uzodinma have fought each other in Imo state, which was seen

during the last primary election conducted by APC in 2018 and it was hijacked by some group of Kabal's, who declared  Hope Uzodinma as the rightful governorship candidate of APC and not Uche Nwosu, which have attracted alot of derogatory statement and anger from Owelle Rochas against party.    

But many might think, that it is because of the sealed and unsealing property of Royal spring palm hotel, that is built on the green verge and other properties of former governor of Imo state Owelle Rochas Okorocha, as propelled by the recovery panel committee, could be the cause of their problem no and so many people are busy jubilating that Rochas Okorocha have been arrested for contravening the authority of Imo state government on the ceased properties and might be jailed for all the properties, he forcefully acquired without due process or demolished. 

But what is been displayed to their followers by both leaders yesterday is the battle of supremacy of power for 2023, and which Rochas Okorocha believe that he is the founder of the party in Imo state, with all the structures that kept the party status alive in the map of Imo state, as well Nigeria and it is not an all come affairs.

Nkotonko an Igbo Nollywood drama music comedy actors Emeka Ngannori  (Omalicha) and Shadon Onukaogu as well known as Akuebe were spotted at Bongo square in Owerri with other actors and actresses participating in a movie audition. Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
