The police assistance committee (PAC) was inaugurated at the Owerri Municipal local government council secretariat.  PAC are not police officer, but the are to bring information that will help police to combat crime in Imo state. There offices are inside the local government secretariat and the are in synergy with the Nigerian police force.    The Pac officers have place a ten million naira proposal demand and requested a vehicle as well a working talking or cellular phone from the Imo state.   Pac inauguration was held in the 36 states of Nigeria including FCT .  Present at the occasion are the Imo state, government, traditional rulers, Nigerian security and civil defense corps, State security service, and Immigration service. 

The CEO of Quingist.com Adaku Eunice Duru, who won the supporting blogger of the year award, at the just concluded E-celeb award in Imo state, joined Zeak a hip -hop artiste at the stage to perform his song and both of them were sitting on same table with a friend during the award.   Zeak gave a joyful expression when Quingist was called on the stage as the supporting blogger of the year. It is suspected that they are in love with each other because Zeak hugged her openly on the stage before Quingist pushed him away.  After the awards both of them left at same time from the city global hotel.  

Imo state governor his excellency Rt.Hon.Emeka Ihedioha, who embarked on local government project inspection tour, yesterday visited Njaba, Owerri-North and Owerri Municipal local government council secretariat. Ihedioha who inspected the old stadium complex site project, asked if there was light in the Owerri Municipal council secretariat? which the Owerri Municipal Peoples Democratic Party chairman sir.Okechukwu Oprah gave the governor the full assurance and confidence that there was light in the council secretariat and he should go ahead in his project inspection to the secretariat.  But getting to the secretariat, it was an outrageous total darkness and disappointment seen in the Owerri Municipal local government council secretariat, by 7.30 pm when the governor visited.  Which brought shame on the faces of the awaited PDP supporters because no generator was hired and the EEDC power line have been reconnected by the Owerri Municipal interim chairman Hon.Ebere Chukwuemeka

Hot.FM radio sports presenter Solomon Onu popularly known as Solo Mourinho early this morning during his 7.30 am sports program, mocked the poor reconstruction job going on inside the old stadium complex in Owerri.  Which was demolished by the former governor of Imo state Owelle Rochas Okorocha during his administration. According to Solo Mourinho he said " I do not understand the kind of reconstruction job going on inside the old township stadium complex and called on the inspection team as well the Imo state governor his excellency Rt.Hon.Emeka Ihedioha to have a rethink on that project to avoid a deadly collapse disaster in future and appealed to the Imo state government to bring back the Dan-Anyiam stadium we need it badly".  But the governor have approved the construction of mini stadium in the twenty seven local government areas in Imo state and he has been visiting the site to know the extent of Job been done there if it is concurrent to the approved fund. Late Bruno Uchechukwu who was shot dead on the 22nd of September 2019, at Cherubim junction, during the cult clash between Black axe and Vikings confranternity in Owerri.
