Seven months old baby seen in the gutter at Delta State

Seven months old baby boy packaged in a nylon bag by his mother, was found in the gutter early hours of the morning at MC- Dermott in Warri at Delta State, with his the placenta 



When the mother of the boy was crossed examine to ascertain if the baby was alive, she confirmed that the baby is dead and went further to say that she is not ready to nurse the child.
