Hon.Uche Ogbuagu defects from PDP to APC

The Imo state house of assembly member, who is representing Ikeduru state constituency have officially joined the nineteen members that defected from the peoples democratic party to all progressive congress, and from the counting PDP have only eight members as well stand as the minority in the house if another in-house election is conducted.

According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews crew the letter was read in the plenary of the house, by the speaker Collins Chiji, which lasted for fifteen minutes.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
