Obinna Chima joins UPP in contest for state Assembly

Honorable Obinna Chima have finally left the All Progressive Congress (APC) and joined the United People's Party (UPP) in contest for the Owerri North state house of assembly seat although it was zoned to Emekuku and Emii block.

Honorable Obinna have purchased his interest nomination form under UPP and stand as one of the strongest contenders to face PDP, APGA and APC with his work experience in the Imo state house of assembly a graduate of Imo state university under the department of Government and Public administration, as well an activist with great writing experience an epitome of philanthropic assistance to Owerri North Local Government Area. 

A man of great vision with charismatic leadership for his people.

Nkotonko an Igbo Nollywood drama music comedy actors Emeka Ngannori  (Omalicha) and Shadon Onukaogu as well known as Akuebe were spotted at Bongo square in Owerri with other actors and actresses participating in a movie audition. Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
