Eleven armed Fulani herdsmen were arrested at Ubo-Egbelu Emekuku in Owerri-North local government area in Imo state, and have been handed over to the police for proper investigation.  According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews, the incident happened on Sunday 7TH of February, when some group of church members, who wanted to erect their church building structure at Ubo-Egbelu, went for the inspection of the land, with the agents, who are natives of the community, quickly gave a tip-off alert to the community vigilantes, about the presence of the herdsmen with different weapons in the forest, but they were quickly traced to the boundary of Ubo-Egbelu and Azara-Egbelu community land forest where they were arrested.  So many of the Fulani herdsmen are usually seen at Emekuku at Achara-Ubo veterinary farm land, Egbu, Emii Uratta, Irette, Naze, Ikeduru as well other unnamed places were the go about with their cows for open grazing and so many farmer have...

Abia North constituency senator Orji Uzo Kalu arrived at the upper red chamber of the national assembly by 9.00 am to resume his plenary duties as the chief whip of the senate.  According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews, he was given a warn welcome back standing ovation and clapping by his colleagues and he was convicted for six months by the economic and financial crime commission (EFCC)  over misappropriation of #7.65 billion Naira fund during his term as the governor of Abia state and he was remanded at the Kuje correction centre (prison) but it was nullified by the supreme court and was ordered to be released.  Orji Uzo Kalu was convicted by December 2019 in the appeal court by Justice Mohammed Idris and it was nullified by supreme court panel committee led by Justice Ejembi Eko on the 8TH of May 2020.

A recycle trash picker was seen at entrance gate of Ikenegbu girl's secondary school Owerri, on Monday 8TH of June 2020, washing empty plastic coke,eva, mangero bottles in a contaminated sewage drainage water system linked to other gutter in town and people always urinate there and there is no public toilet or mobile toilet in Ikenegbu housing estate including the entire Owerri town excepts hotels or restaurants, but you are only allowed to use their facilities when you patronize them.  People should beware that it is a health hazard in their lives because most of this bottles recycled and are used to fill up tiger nut juice or zobo  which people put in their mouth and not kerosene.  

It was a very terrible experience to be seen in the setting in of the raining season, at Owerri yesterday,3rd June as wind shocked trees and buildings.  This incident occurred at Rock View hotel in Owerri, during the late hours of the night , when the wind blew off a tall whistling palm tree that blocked the road.  But no injuries, death records nor properties destroyed at the incident scene.
