  A fatal accident occurred this evening at exactly 6,30pm, close to Okitta-Nkwo river Hill at Emekuku town, in Owerri-North local government area in Imo state. But Drizzlersnews reporter, who visited the scene of the accident, said a Mercedes truck lorry, carrying a full loaded tipper of red Laterite soil, knocked a Toyota Hiace bus with passengers in it into the bush from behind, while both of them were going to the Owerri capital axis, due to high speed of overtaking made by a private vehicle, which led to the accident. No death causality was recorded in the accident as both drivers were seen discussing on a possible solution for the damaged vehicle as one of them raised an alarm to get the police involved and later came to a compromise before the Mercedes truck lorry was removed for safety, but the bus is yet to be removed for repairs as people were seen thanking God for his faithfulness and no life was lost.

  The minister of information Lai Mohammed have attributed increased petrol price in Nigeria, due to the global economic crisis and no petrol subsidy was included in the Nigerian constitution, which cannot be sustained by the government unless their is drop of price on crude oil as he described the price of petrol in Nigeria as the cheapest in West Africa at the rate of one hundred and sixty two Naira per litre, compared to other African countries that are selling at one hundred and sixty eight Naira and two hundred and eleven Naira per litre, which have affected the rate of food price and electrical tariff in the country no pain no gain as he pleaded with Nigeria's to be patient with president Buhari administration.

  A woman was confirmed dead out of complication this Sunday morning, while given birth of two female twins in a local maternity at Okwu-emeke in akaliukwu autonomous community in Emekuku.  According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews, the woman delivered the first child successfully and she was pushing for the second child, but had difficulty due to complication and immediately she was rushed to Holy Rosary hospital Emekuku, where she gave birth to the second twin and died.  The twins are confirmed strong and healthy, but the woman was married in Okwu-emeke, her details was not disclosed. 

  On Saturday 29TH of August 2020, a girl was seen stripping herself stack naked in-front of saint Mulumba catholic church parish gate Wetheral road by 7.00am in the morning. According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews from a bus Imo taxi transporter, who saw what happened said the girl was seen that morning in a private car with the boy friend discussing and the car was not properly parked, but immediately the girl stepped down from the car, she was seen act weird by removing all her clothes she was wearing at Wetheral road in Owerri, although people with car gave the boy friend a hot chase but could not catch up with him because of his car top.  But the girl was rushed to a church as nobody knew weather he recovered or not

  A timber and allied trader was killed in Owerri, by unknown identified persons and dumped his corpse,along Owerri-Port-Harcourt express road, where he bled to death.   According to the report received by Drizzlersnews, from his fellow timber business colleagues in Naze, during their general discussion, disclosed to our corespondent that the trader was going for a business trip to Bayelsa state to purchase timber for sales with huge cash sum of money estimated to worth about one million Naira, which he  traveled with the cash that morning because his Bayelsa business partners, do not accept bank transfer.
