Diarrhea killed twins in Ikeduru L.G.A Imo State

A nurse who works with a private hospital in Abor Ikeduru local government area in Imo state, who spoke in anonymity have confirmed that Diarrhea killed twins in Abor and other children in Emii in Owerri North local government area in Imo state.
Called on other health practitioners especially mothers to watch closely on the health of their children because it is a dangerous viral stomach flu gastroenteritis discovered which makes children to vomit and stool with symptoms of blood with high fever and a mother concurred because her child was a victim.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
