Oha-Emeke to slam ban on Nkwoemeke masquerade cultural display for 5years

After the 31st of December 2018 Nkwo-Emeke Christmas masquerade cultural festival display at Nkwo-Emeke market in Emekuku, Owerri-North Local Government area of Imo state. Where one person was shot dead by an unknown persons and many were injured including the ceo of the drizzlersnews. 

Oha-Emeke elders have unanimously accepted that Nkwo-Emeke Christmas masquerade cultural festival be banned for a period of five years or more to avoid further killings in future.  Although the indigenes of Emekuku have been advised to join hands in the eradication of cultism in every community and schools by reporting any suspected cult activities to the nearest police station and every informant must be protected as assured by the police but the suspects still in police custody .
