Governor Hope Uzodimma honors former SGI Jude Ejiogu

The former secretary to Imo state government,Sir.Jude Ejiogu was a special guest invited to witness the inauguration ceremony of newly appointed
commissioners and special advisers to the governor, his excellency Hope Uzodimma, while they were taking oath of office at the Ahiajoku centre in Owerri. 
He encouraged the government appointees not to work for their selfish interest, rather a development priority sacrifice mindset idea's that will help to achieve the target set goals for Imo state in every sector.  

 Jude Ejiogu was appointed the chief of staff and coordinator local government commission under the former governor of Imo state Owelle Rochas Okorocha.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
