Philip Ejiogu charged to make a self isolation due to corona virus

The Owerri north constituency state house of assembly  member, Hon.Philip Ejiogu who is the committee chairman for education, was charged by the Imo state house of assembly speaker Chiji Collins, during the
plenary in the chamber, was ordered to observe a self 14 day's isolation, after his trip from United Kingdom, due to the recent pandemic spread of corona virus, because his fellow law marker representing Nkwerre constituency started coughing profusely and was ordered to leave. 

 Philip Ejiogu made contacts with the majority leader Hon.Uche Ogbuagu and deputy speaker Amara Iwuanyanwu as well his special aides with the family members.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
