Football: Former Super Eagles striker Victor Ikepba blast FIFA in grievance, to a low esteem.
World football organizing body FIFA, have been dragged to the mud, by former Nigerian striker and African footballer of the year Victor Ikepba, for intervening over the general assembly election, conducted by confederation of African football (CAF), which lack merit, with a display of incompetency on the part of FIFA, as so many candidates, who wants to contest for elective positions in CAF, were forced to step down for Patrice Motsepe from South Africa, as CAF president.
According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews from Victor Ikepba, who is a football analyst, with Supersports Monday night football, who said " it is only in African continent, that FIFA is making a key vital political decisions, without a unanimously consulting capable football administrators, on who will be the next CAF president, which cannot happen in other continents like Europe and Asia". Although current Nigerian football federation president (NFF) Amaju Pinnick was elected as FIFA executive council member.
Victor Ikepba who is known as prince of Monaco in France, and have won various laurels, playing active football and he successfully scored 13 league goals,which earned him the French League tittle, and he has played in the 1994, 1998 world cup and Olympic gold medal in 1996.
