Football: Ubowalla unity cup 2020 and awards received by players

 

Ubowalla unity cup soccer tournament, is a yearly competition organized in the month of December, by sponsors, from the community, with the ideal vision of bringing good cordial relationship, among the five kindred in Ubowalla and discovery new talents, with the tournament, which will be channeled with good education scholarships for the players and sent to a football academy, where the will be groomed to rise, to stardom as world class super stars like the Nwankwo Kanu, Austin Jay Jay Okocha, Samuel Eto'o, and Didier Drogba in their various career of endeavor, which have not been seen before and some football academies are begging for financial supports or possibly get a good sponsor, but many end up in the street as drug dealers, armed robbers, kidnappers or touts, which was not their dream career as many manage what the see in the street.

But Ubowalla unity cup 2020 December tournament, cannot be forgotten in a hurry, with the great excitement of must win and high level of argument, from people in different groups, especially the technical formation experience from coaches of different teams, old players and good sports commentators, were all seen with by the courtesy donation of our indigenous catholic priest, an evolutionary    academia, a role model and the gospel preacher Rev.Fr. Emmanuel Diala, brought back the good memory of what football should be in Nigeria and not just to his community, with great awards given to players, as the tournament was won by group c in the 2020.

Group C- First position 
Group E- Second Position 
Group B- Third position 
Group D- Fourth position 
Group A- Fifth position

Most valuable player - Walter Peter
Highest goal scorer -  Kelechi Nwoke 
Most behaved team -   Group C
Youngest player      -    Nwama Chigozie 
Oldest player          -      Mbata Francis
