Politics: Imo state civil servants grab APC party flags in hunger loyalty
While the workers day celebration is been observed annually, all over the world, the various unions in Nigeria, come together, to state some of the challenges, that have undermined their work force, which requires government attention.
Drizzlersnews, was present to observe the situation of the celebration,as various ministries and agencies, participated in the march past, which the commissioner of information Kenneth Emelumba, took the compliment for the governor Hope Uzodinma, due to the recent security challenges in Imo state.
But the Imo state the civil servants, especially Nigerian union of local government employees (NULGE) have been made, to be worthless, before politicians and other government appointees, by given them empty promises, which are never fulfilled, as some of them been interviewed, were crying like the wounded wolves, with their APC party flags, because for the past twelve and thirteen months, some of them have not been paid, while the have under gone the necessary screening exercise and went further to say that the are only doing it, to get the governor Hope Uzodinma's attention and the NLC chairman Imo state chapter, in his first paragraph of his address in the workers day event, praised the governor for his giant stride achievement in the landscape of Imo state, especially in the area of road constructions and appealed to the governor to restate the sacked ISOPADEC workers.
