Boat capsized in Lagos state

 

National emergence management agency (NEMA) have confirmed that one person died, due to the capsized bounded boat accident, that occurred near Adekunle water front, in the inland waterways of Lagos state, at Ikorodu. 

According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews correspondent, who confirmed the boat left from CMS terminal and a total of seventeen persons were in the boat and the accident took place, after 15 minutes it left the CMS terminal, one person was confirmed dead and the rest of the sixteen persons, were rescued alive.  

The area manager of NIWA, Sarat Braimah, disclosed that the Temi 3 global boat, strucked an under water obstacle, that broke it's hull, which resulted in the capsizing of the boat and LASWA, with other submarine police and the fishermen have been mobilized to the site of the incident, to help in the rescue and the person who died in the incident, died on the way, while been rushed to the hospital.
