Alex Obi PDP Cartel Decamp To APGA

APGA was described by Imo State Governor His Excellency Owelle Rochas Okorocha as a cultural dance troupe and it is dead a party in Nigeria but forgot that APGA is a national party and a plat form that he used to win the 2011 Imo State Governorship election before decamping to APC.
At the Kanu Nwankwo sport centre APGA was once again brought to the brim light as  Alex Obi PDP cartel decamped to APGA describing PDP umbrella political party as been very corrupt in during their administration.  
They following persons decamped from PDP to APGA  Alex Obi, Senator. Bright Nwanne, Barr . (Chief). Charles Onyeagbakor, Barr.(Chief). Philip Ibekwe, Chief .(Hon). Okechukwu Ike, Chief .Mbaara Melody, Hon. Vincent Ochieze Ehirim, Hon. Ignatius Egbuchulam, Chief Rufus Osueke, Chief Peter Okorie, Dr. Chris Dike Ukwu, Dr. EC Anokwa, Chief (Mrs) Emelda Okechukwu, Chief. Chris Njoku, Chief. Edozim Jude and the national chairman of APGA Ikechukwu Oye received them to party with an oath of allegiance and said all that is due to them will be given to them and APGA is like a church so equity  as well as justice will stand then maintained that there is need for the five South Eastern states of Nigeria to break into one party to get what they want in Nigeria with one voice and not a battle of Guns because the South Western states of Nigeria and North East / Central did same by speaking in one voice and concluded that APGA is no pushover but a strong contender to win the 2019 Governorship election and more members are coming to the party with good ambition encouraged people to go and do their voters registration card .

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
