Buhari Restructure Nigerian Police Force, To Avert Shame

The Catholic Archbishop of Owerri Diocese,
 Most Rev.Anthony John Valentine Obinna during his Christ the King summon held at the Maria Assumpta Cathedral in Owerri,while addressing the congregation on the mode of movement which marked the end of the catholic calendar and asked the Christians to portray the image of Christ like life as well they should pray for the unity of Nigeria and it's leaders.  
Then called on His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari to restructure the Nigerian Police Force by sending the officers to have good orientation courses  within and outside the country because police working as your friend is meant to protect lives and properties of citizens, but not taking bribe and intimidating the citizens unlawful sending warning signals to the security agencies to direct the congregation on the right part to follow not forcefully because it is a spiritual movement especially the catholic paramilitary organization men of order and discipline and the blue army.
