Imo State Monthly Clean Up Exercise

The Imo State Government have set aside this last Saturday 25th of November 2017 for the clean up exercise which starts from 7.00 AM to 10 .00 AM for Imolites to clean up their environment no movement except uniform military security personnel and health workers on essential duties anyone found guilty of committing such offense will be prosecuted by Imo State mobile  court.

Mbaitoli Youths protest at Nwaorieubi over unlawful plans to impeach Imo deputy Governor

The recent lobbying saga looming in the Imo state house of assembly over the unlawful plans to impeach the Imo state deputy governor his excellency Prince Eze Madumere have erupted youths of Mbaitoli local government area to embark on a mass protest demonstration at Nwaorieubi which led to the destruction of the billboard poster advert bearing the face of Imo state governor his excellency Owelle Rochas Okorocha at the newly built Nwaorieubi general hospital and informing the governor that it is a democratic government impeaching the deputy governor without no justification is unacceptable as the youths appealed to the Imo state house of assembly speaker Rt.honorable (Dr) Acho Ihim  and other house members to step down the impeachment motion.
