Nlemamdim Ubanwa's rant voice, stunt Uguzo chief priest


At exactly 6.00 PM, a high level of confusion tumbled the joy of uguzo first marking ceremony as some oha emeke elders were fighting behind the uguzo chief priest canopy and they waiting visitors were in a mood of exhaustion rather than been excited. 

Nlemamadim Ubanwa took up the microphone warning the planning committee to suspend the monetary donations or face his wrath because one million naira is not a big deal to his personality but will destroy our culture and have no sense of connectivity to uguzo ceremony. He cries out in loud voice to the uguzo planning committee Weber concludes.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
