Senator Hope Uzodinma refute hand over of guber ticket to Imo Deputy Governor



Senator Hope Uzodinma representing Imo state west constituency under Orlu senatorial zone, via a telephone chat debunked rumours of handing over Imo state APC governorship ticket to Imo state Deputy governor his excellency prince Eze Madumere in other to have a chance to contest for the Orlu senatorial seat in the 2019 general election. 

Uzodinma went to further describe the information as false because he was accused of purchasing a senatorial nomination form during the primaries and promise that his administration will give Imo state an economic upliftment with human face. He was a member of the coalition group that defeated Rochas Okorocha third term bid with the intention to install his son in-law as the next Imo state governor.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
