A ritualist caught with two life goats at Ubowalla




A ritualist who came to Ubowalla Emekuku in Owerri-North local government area, with a Toyota Camry to offer sacrifice at Afor-Ubo market square by 9.00 pm during the night hours, with a life goat, on Saturday 4th of June 2020. 

According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews, from one of the security vigilante guards on duty, who saw when the ritualist brought out a life goat from his car boot and released it at the market square after making his incantations that night and then quickly zoom off his car to umunneoha kindred in Ubowalla. 

But the vigilante guard called an okada man well known but his name was with held identified the ritualist, but asked the okada man (motorcyclist) to trail the Toyota Camry to any destination  he is going to and according to the vigilante guard, who followed him, said he stopped at at umunneoha kindred, but the vigilante security guard approached the ritualist and asked to him his mission as well threatened to call other vigilante security guards to arrest him, but the ritualist pleaded and offered the vigilante security guard, who saw him during the incarnations and offered him a bribe not to expose him about his evil act, but the vigilante guard allowed him to go and warned him from such evil act in Ubowalla community.

The evil act was narrated to Ubowalla governing council chairman Obioma Anurukem at Orie-Ama market square at umunneoha and he identified the ritualist as Ikenna, but refused to call his surname. 


Another two vigilante security guards whose name was held confirmed that another life goat, white in colour was released close to the boundary of Ubowalla and Abo Ikeduru, from his report the goat used for ritual have marks on it's fore-head with a bell on it's neck, but the goat really disturbed their sleep that night. 

The first vigilante security guard who saw the ritualist have threatened to kill the goat and roast once it is seen roaming about outside and called on the so-called men of God to intensify their prayers and preaching in Emekuku, including native doctors as well fortune tellers because so many souls will be in hell, out of ignorance. 

Last year so many of such traditional rituals of slaughtering animals for sacrifice to the gods were seen at Orie-umuakuru junction with Ubowalla in Emekuku.
