NALADA commence 5 days training in Achara-Ubo farm, despite list brouhaha

 

NALADA have announced the commencement of five days training, for the first batch of one hundred selected persons, that will be trained on live stock farm rearing and animal husbandry, at Achara-Ubo farm, in Emekuku, Owerri North local government area in Imo state, they are piggery, poultry, goat farm, for the start up stage and the second stage of set up, is the cassava plantation maize experimental irrigation farm and fishery.  

According to the report, received by the Drizzlersnews correspondent, through the NALADA Imo state coordinator, Amanze Offor, who started addressing the successful selected candidates,in the farm at exactly 11.00 AM yesterday, said it is only those that were invited

through a call phone for the training, will participate in the training, but other three batches, will be invited and disclosed to them, that the list, sent to him, came from Abuja and each of them, is expected to bring two passport photography and a white plain paper, with their data's written on it, for identity card production, for proper documentation, on Wednesday 24TH of November 2021.  

Mr Offor said the National Agriculture Land Development (NALADA), created a total of five hundred jobs and 70% of it, is for the host community, (Ubowalla and Uboegbelu) then remaining will be given to neighboring communities and everybody selected person, is expected to participate in the training, with the instructors, who will guide them, on practical experience of how to handle the live stocks, which will be brought into the Achara Ubo farm next week and asked the trainee's to indicate, their area of interest. 

But the details of enumerations, is not based on any basic salaries or allowances, it is commission of sold, agricultural products, from the farm, and so many benefits, attached to it, were not mentioned to the trainee's and went further to tell the trainee's that anybody who is not interested in learning the job, should indicate early, so that they will be substituted, with people, who are interested and there are people, on standby who wants to replace them, before taking the trainee's of NALADA, on a facility tour of Achara-Ubo farm.     

It is discovered, by the Drizzlersnews correspondent, that twenty slots were given to Ubowalla community, while Uboegbelu is given, a total of ten slots, which is thirty in number, rather than the 70%, which suppose to be given to the host community of Achara-Ubo farm in Emekuku.

Ubowalla community, sent a total of four persons, from each kindred  and from the list of the trainee's, that was called out by the state coordinator of NALADA, the names of selected candidates in the list, were dominated by non-indigenes of the host community, but are from other communities in Owerri-North local government, this is because the list of NALADA trainee's, was influenced by 

Lady (Mrs) Ann Dozie, Paddy Obinna, Prince Lemmy Akakem, Chief.Martin Agbaso, Macdonald Ebere, Dr.Anthony Ihedoro, H.R.H .Eze Nwamara, H.R.H.Eze.Obi Ejeshi, H.R,H. Eze Akujor Obi of Awaka, and other names, who are not in the list and the host communities of Achara-Ubo, were neglected, as that will spark another mass protest and war against the government of Hope Uzodinma, as well dis organization of the NALADA training.
