I respect Rochas Okorocha But ? - Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu


Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu an Imo state elder's states man who distinguished himself in the political scenairo of Nigeria under the peoples democratic party as a board of trustee member. 
He is a business mogul from atta Ikeduru local government area of Imo state, also known as Aha eji a ga mba. 

During the memorial event marking the exit of former Governor of Imo state late Evan Enwerem at the trade and investment centre chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu thanked the executive Governor of Imo state his excellency Owelle Rochas Okorocha for the honor given to his late kins man and a brother by given a cash donation of five million naira to Enwerem's family and appointing Evan Enwerem junior as the commissioner of special duties in Imo state. 

Iwuanyanwu eulogized Owelle Okorocha for his philanthropic gesture and i respect him for his political antecedents as the executive Governor of Imo state explicating his urban renewal program in the 27 local government area of Imo state including given of free education scheme from primary to tertiary institutions, construction of roads, payment of salaries and pensions at when due, given of agricultural and youth empowerment scheme . 

But i don't abide to his political and leadership philosophy because under his administration Imo state was put under seige we need a new visionary leader and restructuring is the only lasting solution to peace in Nigeria  .

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
