Imo Deaf and Dumb chairman arrested






The association of deaf and dumb  Imostate chairman Uzoma Edward has been arrested by the police and according to the members they said the do not know why police will arrest their chairman and the got police clearance before embarking on the protest  since then  he has not been bailed nobody knew about his condition or his where about no meaning of communication from him . They are only demanding for their rights as special citizens from Imo state Government and his immediate release unconditionally.
