Hon.Uche Nwosu endorsed

The Imo state based performing artist, actors / actress and comedians has endorsed the Imo state chief of staff Hon. Uche Nwosu for Governor 2019, in the presences of the Deputy speaker Hon. Ugonna Ozuruigbo (OZB)  and their other colleagues from Ebonyi state at IICC.
According to the representative of Association of Imo state base Comedians Egbeigwe said it is under the administration of His Excellency Owelle Rochas Okorocha that Imo state based Artist first batch got their endorsement and said he is very excited for the good gesture of the Imo state Governor, so he is now an ambassador of Rescue mission and Imo state is better under Owelle Rochas Okorocha  begged the Governor  for continuity but with Hon. Uche Nwosu Imo will be more better, as Nigerian Nollywood actor Tom Njemanze concurred that he is in total support of  Hon.Uche Nwosu thanked the special assistant to the  Imo state Governor on Entertainment  Hon. Chukwuononye Iruno for using using his office judiciously despite his tight schedule and congratulated Achara man and Lady .G then advised them that more hard work is required from them to get to the top and not mainly firm.
Tu face Idibia was present at the occasion.

Nkotonko an Igbo Nollywood drama music comedy actors Emeka Ngannori  (Omalicha) and Shadon Onukaogu as well known as Akuebe were spotted at Bongo square in Owerri with other actors and actresses participating in a movie audition. Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
