Fela honoured at Lagalaga Night

The King of Afro music legend Late.Fela Anikulapo Kuti was honoured at Lagalaga fiesta night held at specispy chicken fast food Ikenegbu in the capital of city of Imo state Owerri, his song was performed on stage fans were thrilled in cheers. 
Fela's historical philosophy of life lives within us uptill this present day generation of Nigerians. 
But his soul still lives on 
Rest in peace Fela Kuti.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
