Bright Mba punched on the eye,after the final whistle between A VS E at Akuru-cup

The match between group E versus A in the on going umu-Akuru 2019 unity cup, held on the 23rd of June 2019, ended in a fracas as the entire football soccer fans in community secondary school  Emekuku were in disarray after the final whistle of the referee.  

But Bright Mba who play for the group E, while exchanging compliments outside the pitch with his opponents in group A, got punched on his left eye by a fellow player in group A, due to a rough challenge while the duration of the football match was on. 

This happened before the referee but he never took any decision neither does he knew the rules as Bright Mba laid on the ground and bled profusely from his eye and no medical attention was given to him we wait for the final decision of the management committee of umu-Akuru unity 2019 or the donor of the cup Tochukwu Onwusaraka.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
