Demolished Mann street primary school converted to Eze David Njemanze palace

The formal governor of Imo state Owelle Rochas Okorocha who gave his assent that the dilapidated structure
of Mann street primary school should be demolished and converted to the palace of Eze David Njemanze, Ozuruigbo 6th of Amawom autonomous community.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
