Renovation of sports facilities began at Dan-Anyiam and Old township stadium in Owerri





Imo state government have began the renovation of sports facilities in Dan-Anyiam and old township stadium in Owerri. 


The major concentrated areas in Dan-Anyiam stadium are Grasshopper handball stadium, Hockey pitch, Football field and tracks with the seats, mini training pitch behind the stadium and in the old township stadium at Tetlow road it is reconstruction of the demolished cover stand, construction of the sports shop complex with other major road projects approved for construction in the state .
