Campos FC under 15 defeated Imo all stars in a friendly match at Owerri city school field

 Campos football club academy under 15 defeated the Imo state all stars in a friendly match, which was played yesterday at Owerri city school football field. 

According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews, the first half of the game ended in a goalless draw, while in the second half of the game Campos FC scored against the Imo state all stars and it is the only lone goal in the duration of the game. So the final score is 1-0 against the Imo state all stars. 

Although it is a preparation training match for their next match which will be played today against Elele united at Port Harcourt, but the team selection for the match have been made as the coach and president of Campos FC was not satisfied with the players performance as his expectation 8-0 goals against the Imo state all stars were not met even when the stars are all professional footballers except few young players that were picked to make up the team to attacker as well defend the balls and Campos lashed his anger against the players for been unserious with the game as poor passes were observed by the coach. 

But in response the players of Campos FC requested that the return match should be fixed at Old township stadium and their performance was good because it was a small training pitch and the officiating from the referee is in their favor.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
