Imo state deputy governor Placid Njoku booed at Uzoagba
The deputy governor of Imo state Placid Njoku, who is a native of Ikeduru local government area and he represented his excellency governor Hope Uzodinma at the burial ceremony of late doctor Joe Obinjoku at Uzoagba, which was held on the 15th of August, but got the worst embarrassment from the church congregation at saint Joseph catholic Uzoagba.
According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews, Placid Njoku who read the condolence message of governor Hope Uzodinma in the church, said that "Doctor Joe Obi njoku have a very good relationship with governor Hope Uzodinma and played a vital role for Hope, through his total massive support, to enable him (Hope Uzodinma ) achieve his status goal as the governor of Imo state, despite Joe is in a different political party of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) for the same governorship race in Imo state, which he lost during the primary election .
But with the deputy governor's comment in the church, they congregation at the burial ceremony booed him for the political altercation of using the personality and dynamic leader of Ikeduru late doctor Joseph Obi njoku to attract support for hope Uzodinma in Ikeduru for the next general election, due to the the projects, which Hope have been doing in the twenty seven local government area in Imo state and Uzoagba have been neglected for a very long time by past administration, but from all analysis nobody voted for governor Hope Uzodinma.
