Invincible strikers FC of Emekuku VS Young stars FC of Port Harcourt to crack out nut in a friendly match tomorrow

 


The invincible strikers FC of Emekuku will battle young stars of Port-Harcourt in a soccer friendly match fixed on Sunday 23rd of August 2020, at Comprehensive secondary school Emekuku in Owerri-North local government area in Imo state by 4.00 pm in the evening. 

Invincible strikers whose junior team played an away match with All stars of Mbaise at Oboama community secondary school football field, which ended in a goalless draw.
 
Emekuku come out in mass and cheer up your darling team to victory.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
