President Muhammadu Buhari present 2021 apporation budget bill of #13.08 Trillion Naira at the national assembly

 


President Muhammadu Buhari in a joint session held in the national assembly presented 2021 apportion bill of 

# 13.08 Trillion Naira, at an oil bench mark of $40 dollars per barrel. 

According to his report in the budget content, it is based on recovery and resilience of our economy in the creation of employment, construction of roads, security, power 

as well payment of salaries, while we stand firm in fighting of corruption.  

Buhari appealed to the legislatures in the 9TH assembly that early approval will help to expertise the execution of projects, as great success have been recorded in the area of agriculture, rail, employment of 774.000 local government staffs as well so many others. 

From his budget presentation analysis ranging from Niger-Delta development commission, North-East development commission, Health, Security, Power,Youth empowerment and employment, Sports.

The national assembly got the highest budget proposal of 128 billion Naira, while health, education and security, youth empowerment and empolyment got the lowest budget of 70 billion to 40 billion Naira as he further looked at our internal revenue should be increased as grants are expected from international financial institutions. 

 According to the speaker of house representative Rt.Hon.Femi Gajabamila in conjunction with the senate president Ahmed Lawan, who gave the vote of thanks to president Muhammadu for presenting the budget in a joint session in the national assembly as the promise to ensure that the bill is passed before the end of the 2020 year and all ministries as well agencies are expected to defend their budget while observing the COVID-19 physical social distance. 

President Muhammadu Buhari who presented the 2021 budget was accompanied by his vice president Yemi Osinbajo, secretary of the federation Boss Mustapha, minister of finance Zainab Ahmed and his other security aides.
