Sports: Campos FC hit goal drought with arch -rival Taye FC in Owerri


 Super six football tournament derby, between two greatest arch-rivals Campos FC and Taye FC, was slugged-out in a 0-0 goal-less draw stalemate at full time, in the Owerri old township stadium. 

According to the report, from Drizzlersnews Campos FC maintained 60% ball possession with his 4-3-3 formation to counter the attackers of his opponent Taye FC, who have more goal attempts with his 4-4-2 formation and made 40% ball possession, as the excitement from fans was high in preparation of the reopening of Nigerian premier league soon.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
