A young man exhibit psychopathic behaviour after picking a #1,000 note at IMSU junction

At exactly 7.00 pm yesterday a young man was seen at Imo university junction at Okigwe road in Owerri with bare foot while the rain was drizzling he was seen chasing a high speed vehicles at Okigwe road express road and shouting Venza, Lexus and Range-over sport as students were busy watching the young mentally disordered man at the express road and according to an eye witness report who spoke in anonymity said "The young man picked up a dropped one thousand Naira note on the floor and went into mental disarray in total nakedness"
