Federal high court ballistically struck out Imo APC ward congress election
Imo state federal high court sitting in Owerri case presided by justice Lewis Allaoga lasted for an hour nullified the result of ward congress election of Imo state all progressive congress(APC),held on the 5th of May 2018 on grounds that the video cliffs evidence report submitted by the court plaintiff between the former Imo state commissioner of police Chris Okey Ezike,governor of Imo state Owelle Rochas Okorocha and organizing secretary senator Osita Izunaso have shown that there was no election called on the apc national executives to mandate the committee for conduct of a new election although the election was reported on Nigerian television authority as successful and resulted accepted by the apc national executives under the chairmanship of John Oyegun but some young men were arrested for hijacking the election result sheets and the former commissioner of police Chris Okey Ezike was transferred out of Imo state after the election .
