Hon.Ashimole Felix declared to represent Owerri North in Imo state house of assembly




Honorable Ashimole Felix is from Amaachara Azaraegbelu, in Azara-Ubo autonomous community under Emekuku ward 2 in Owerri North Local Government area of Imo state. 
He is a Christian happily married as well a professional practicing lawyer and a book publisher. 



Ashimole Felix and his entourage were received by Owerri North APGA chairman honorable Vincent Amadi and other party executives where he officially declared under the All Progressive Grand Alliance party secretariat in Awaka to represent Owerri North in the Imo state house of assembly in the 2019 general election if he is the flag bearer and appealed to the party executives especially the delegates to trend on equity, justice and fair play because it is a brotherly political contest which is not a do or die affair but let the best candidate with the right legislative experience as well grass root support emerge and as a lawyer it is an added advantage as a representative of Owerri North in 2019 in the Imo house of assembly. 

Honorble Ashimole promise to give his top priority agenda's on Education, Agriculture, Sports,Youth development and entrepreneurship, Road construction /Town planning, Security, Prompt payment of civil servants salaries / pensions of retired senior citizens. 

Then promise to make laws that will revive Mbaraachara farmland in Ubowalla and retrieve all landed properties taking forcefully by the present Imo state governor Owelle Rochas and move motion that will stop the Open grazing bill in Imo state and encourage all Imolites to ensure that the register for their permanent voters card and to vote for the right candidates in 2019 general election.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
