The secretary of Imo state peoples democratic party Nze Ray Emeana have blew thunderous spank on comrade Philip Ejiogu and other Owerri North house of assembly contestants under PDP over poor mobilization of supporters as well coming to the venue of the  sensitization rally held at mount Carmel catholic church football field in Emekuku with few posters reminded them to identify with their wards and declare formally at the local government party secretariat for the 2019 general election.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
