CEO Drizzlersnews Ezurike Frank Louis attacked by four unknown boys at Nkwo emeke






Four unknown boys on black and black uniform between the ages of 25 years old in a masquerade group attacked the chief executive reporter of Drizzlersnews blog Ezurike Frank Louis and his friend on the 31st of December 2018 at exactly 7.30pm, after the nkwo emeke masquerade display at nkwo emeke market square arena and demanded that 
" I must go down to my untimely grave  " .  

Although i was looking at them to determine their next line of action if they could collect our phones, ATM cards and money it was totally dark that we could not identify their faces or they community where they are from in Emekuku in Owerri North local government area of Imo state. 

We really thank God that our lives were not forcefully sniped from us but i cannot be intimidated from reporting the truth and Emekuku is my town, i'm still in pains still receiving medical attention in a private hospital. 

Thanks to all who assisted me to get first aid treatment before going back that night to receive good medical attention and i never knew somebody was shot to death during the masquerade display event. But machete was used to inflict injuries on my face, eye, and chest.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
