South-East states hold Atiku / Obi presidential mega rally at Dan Anyiam stadium






Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) held south-east presidential mega rally with their supporters and trade union association at the Dan-Anyiam stadium in Owerri Imo state. 


The presidential mega rally was witnessed by board of trustee members,former Governors,captains of industries including the senate president Bukola Saraki and deputy senate president Prof.Ike Ekweremadu as the national chairman of PDP Uche Secondus handed over the PDP presidential flag to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as the south-eastern states thanked Atiku for picking Peter Obi as his vice presidential candidate so we declared total victory for PDP with a mandate on economy revival, creation of employment, security of lives and properties, construction of good road networks as he unveiled the five south-east Governorship candidates in Imo state including Rt.Honorable Emeka Ihedioha and tasked the youths on vote protection.

Nkotonko an Igbo Nollywood drama music comedy actors Emeka Ngannori  (Omalicha) and Shadon Onukaogu as well known as Akuebe were spotted at Bongo square in Owerri with other actors and actresses participating in a movie audition. Emeka asked their fans to keep supporting them and the should expect more new movies from them soon Nkotonko reloaded will be released. but the issue of Nkotonko been involved in rituals killings or armed robbery which was seen on the social media they are all false information to tarnish the personality and Image of the actor in the society.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked. But if their is any only those in it knew the secret and history as indigenous members of that community so many of them were scared to unfold the history and mystery of Owu cultural festival as a non indigenous member of that community i was not allowed to go into their mix for an interview and anything you have to appreciate them you drop it on the floor but it is believed according to christian doctrine that it is an Idol wors
