Rev.Father Claude Grou attacked by an assailant at saint Joseph Catholic Oratory Canada

Reverend Father Claude Grou is the catholic church rector of saint Joseph Oratory Montreal Canada was attacked by a caucasian assailant by 08.40 am with a knife during the morning mass gospel held on Friday 22nd March 2019. 

An eye witness report Mr.Philip Barrett who was sitting at the front row said he saw the assailant who was in his 30's and causally dressed, as he rose from the pews ran towards the altar where the priest stood when he came, but while trying to flee from the assailant, the priest fell down three times before was stabbed on the chest with other sustained severe injuries and was very conscious  when he was rushed to the hospital.  But in a stable health condition as stated by the police spokes person Caroline Chevrefils and a suspect have been arrested by the guards before the arrival of the police officers.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
