Federal high court lift Ihedioha out-off mediocrity of Senator Sam Daddy Anyanwu
Owerri federal high court have shown stance of merit through justice Tijani Ringim who challenged the suit filed by the governorship aspirant of People's Democratic Party representing Owerri senatorial zone Samuel Anyanwu against the Imo state governor- elect Emeka Ihedioha over his victory during the primary election.
In his report the law maker senator Anyanwu have seek for the nullification nomination of Emeka Ihedioha and appealed to the court for his declaration as the winner of the governorship primary held on October 1st, 2018. As stated by the election observers it was marred with irregularities from over voting to thuggery and according to justice Tijani Rigim who held the plaintiff said it is an unjustifiable demand and not a cogent reason why he (Samuel Anyanwu) should be declared the winner with no proof before the honorable law court, therefore Imo state governor - elect Emeka Ihedioha remains the authentic candidate of PDP before it was strucked out he concludes as they awaits his next line of action.
