Imo State Commissioner of sports escape been lynched by umu-Ororonjo youths

Imo state commissioner of sports Robertson Ekwebelem and his entourage escaped been lynched by angry mob of umu-Ororonjo youth organization after destroying their barricades used to shield the constructed town hall of umu-Ororonjo kindred at old stadium complex in Tetlow road, located at Owerri Municipal local government area in Imo state.


Although they youths stamped their feet that Ekwebelem who was held on hostage for hours in one of the offices in the old stadium while negotiation is going in a ranting argument of "he must reconstruct the barricades before he will be left to leave with his car" because the administration of Owelle Rochas Okorocha as Imo state governor is over in few weeks time and he is very power-less as a governor now they went further to say that the  town hall is a federal constituency project brought by the senator elect of Owerri federal constituency honorable Ezenwa Francis Onyewuchi but the commissioner of  sports Robertson Ekwebelm paid the sum of two thousand naira to save his life from the angry mob and he told they youths that the fence of the stadium was destroyed so it must under go the approval of the governor before it could be constructed while all this were going on the youth president of umu-Ororonjo Clifford Oparaugo was not there they await the next line of action.
