Late Eze Emmanuel Emenyeonu Njemanze palace sold - Drizzlersnews

The palace of late Eze Emmanuel Emenyeonu Njemanze the Ozuruigbo V of Owerre n'ichi-ise autonomous community in Owerri Municipal Local Government Area Imo state, which was engulfed by fire which was caused by electrical fault eight years ago as many royal antiquity documents were lost but no death causality was recorded when they were putting the fire under control.  

It has been abandoned by his own Owerre clan kinsmen including the Imo state Governor his excellency Owelle Rochas Okorocha who described the late king's activities as partisan before he came the governor of Imo state in 2011, but never had good working relation with Owelle who divided his kingdom into various autonomous community and his palace was relocated along the Imo state Government house in Owerri before his demise where his family stay's up-till date and it was pronounced by his kinsmen which they held the governor responsible that it was the cause of his death although he was a pharmacist by profession .

Presently late Eze Emmanuel Njemanze's palace building foundation structure have commenced and on inquiry to discover the extent of job done in his palace, one of his kinsmen who spoke in anonymity said the land has been sold to the CEO of Emmak Pharmacy Limited at Njemanze street, where same palace is located and the contractor is an Owerre n'ichi-ise man to avoid extract payment of land levies and the intimidation of Owerre n'ichi-ise youths.
