Rt.Hon.Emeka Ihedioha hint Imolites on envisaged tax inflation after 29th May, 2019

Imo State Governor- Elect Rt.Honorable Emeka Ihedioha during the unveiling permanent business tourism site of Mr.Fan's fast food limited as the special guest of honor and it is located at Ikenegbu layout in Owerri.  

Emeka Ihedioha in his speech told business owners and workers for his government to stand-out which is on a mission of rebuilding Imo state an envisaged increment on tax as well internally generated revenue is the only solution to get the state back on track and all payment must be properly accounted. Then thanked Mr.Fan Ndubuoke as a worthy son for his doggedness in bringing back his establishment in Imo state despite the economic challenges and illness but stood firm like the comeback of Tiger wood after 12years so everything in life is possible and appealed that his in coming government should be supported although it will  assist in the eradication of unemployment in Imo state.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
