Reckless driver maltreated by Air-Force officers at Poly junction by Owerri-Aba express road

 At exactly 7.00pm three Air Force officers were seen assisting to ensure there was free traffic flow when there was rain shower which led to the poly junction by Naze road been upheld by a traffic jam for an hour. 

There is a road construction going on at the right hand side of the road which was closed down by the contractors and the only accessible road is the left hand side of the road.  But every motorist on that route was impatient to wait for the next person to go because the only source to your destination for automobile road users was forcing their way home through reckless high speed driving but two air force officers who were at the roundabout used a taxi driver with pass-at wagon as an escape goat for others to learn and behave they dragged the driver down and flogged him as his passenger with him ran for their safety. 

Drivers and passengers who ply through Owerri-Aba express road were busy mooring over the unhealthy inhumanity treatment met on the driver in a democratic dispensation of government and not military rule nobody was close to speak for him during the flogging joined with drilling.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
