Linus Nwachukwu stripped naked for committing incest in Ubowalla Emekuku community

Mr.Linus Nwachukwu a 48 years old man who is known as over heat and he is a native of umu-Eze Ubowalla Emekuku in Azara-Ubo autonomous community Owerri north local government area in Imo state, married with children.  

Linus was stripped naked and assaulted publicly by youths of Ubowalla for committing incest and pregnanted a 12years old girl who is in JSS 2 that is living with her blind grandmother known as Mrs Ahanaonu. 

Although she was born out of wed luck but linus threatened to kill her if she ever revealed their sexual act to anybody in community nor to her blind grandmother and according to the report received by the drizzlersnews reporter the blind grand mother who is still in sorrows revealed that her grand daughter is 3 months pregnant and Mr.Linus Nwachukwu said "he is responsible for pregnancy as it was revealed to the youths who recorded his confession and paraded him naked in the community".  But linus has flee for safety from Ubowalla community so that he will not be killed by the angry youths from Ubowalla community to an unknown destination in Emil and the governing council of Ubowalla have intervened in the matter and right now there are plans going on to abort the 3months pregnancy if the impossibility of given birth might lead to her death or she might give birth through Caesarean section operation and the question is what is the psychological condition of the girl whose education have been terminated and parents as well guardians of a child should pay accurate attention to the condition of their children and not chasing shadows of business as well political positions and contracts but the life of their family is in danger which could be a detriment of  punishment to the society and the child right act be enacted by the national assembly

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
