Rochas kept hawkers stranded over empowerment as forms were secretly sold at chapel

Imo state Governor his excellency Owelle Rochas Okorocha yesterday through his commissioner for finance Ugochi Nnanna Okoro invited the street hawkers and so many other Imolites who have business careers that needs financial support for it's growth through the government as so many of them including civil servants and relatives of top government executives were seen displaying fake goods with their friends which does not really exist and only needs the money for their luxury frivolous enjoyment because they have connections with people who are close to the governor and went further to say that ' Owelle is our daddy we really supported him for eight years but we did not benefit anything plus our time it is our national shared cake as an  honorable in my community and ward'. 

But it was discovered that the form was been hoard by these same relatives of the commissioners and their agents while the real street hawkers were busy fighting to get the form running from pillar to post which was no where to be found but secretly selling the empowerment form at the canopy stand at two thousand Naira which many of them were photocopied forms some of them hawkers are illiterates from ohaji, awara na asaa, ihiala e.t.c but the convener of the empowerment Owelle Rochas Okorocha was outside the state as the commissioner for finance told them that their number is so much but with hope that everybody will be accommodated and their names will be compiled into the computer but discovered that good built truck pushers in the Imo government house chapel premises  as the promise to construct more but they hawkers should listen to the radio when it will be announced it might be held on Friday as their pictures were taking to be shown to the governor but transportation of two hundred and fifty thousand was shared as transport money which was hidden by other commissioners but not all got  hawkers got the money so of them were forced out of the gate with their delayed time which did not yield positive result plus the failure of Ugwumba Uche in the Imo state governorship election.
