I will reclaim my mandate from Emeka Ihedioha - Ugwumba Uche Nwosu
Action Alliance Imo state governorship candidate Ugwumba Uche Nwosu said "he will reclaim his mandate from Emeka Ihedioha because
he did not get up to the required 25% of the votes cast to be declared the winner of the governorship election by the INEC returning officer Francis Ogbonnaya and what is happening now is an act of God no hope is lost yet as he charged his supporters to remain law abiding".
PDP Governorship candidate Emeka Ihedioha who got 273,404 votes to defeat his closest rival Ugwumba Uche Nwosu under AA got 190,364,while Hope Uzodimma under APC got 96,450 but the tribunal remains his last hope as the transition technical committee prepare for the hand over to new governor of Imo state Rt.Hon.Emeka Ihedioha come 29th May 2019.
