Placid Uzoma Weds Emmanuella Ezinne Akuchie

Placid Uzoma Irechukwu an architect and a building contractor by profession have officially wedded miss Emmanuella Ezinne Akuchie and now known as Mrs. Emmanuella  Ezinne Irechukwu. She studied microbiology at Imo state University.
    It was held on the 27th of April 2019 although the white wedding took place at holy cross catholic parish Aladinma but the traditional wedding took place same day at umu-Eze Uzoagba in Ikeduru local government area in Imo state.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
